Finally i am back from my long vacation. This is how it went, we first went to chennai and attended the finals. I got selected as top 9 but didn't get a chance to win. I didn't worry much, because participation is much important then winning, which is my concept. Then we just went for shopping in chennai, it was so much fun and lots of luggages. After two days of tiring shopping, we headed over to allepey boat house and stayed there for a day. Suddenly we got into a new plan of heading over to kovalam uday samudra resort. We stayed there for a day and it was amazing. Loved it to the core. Then arrived home safely yesterday night..This is how our vacation went on..I got so many mails from my viewers so this is why i was went missing for the last week. Now coming back to the recipe..
Yummy Masala fish fry is one of my favorite one..I am not a big fan of fish curries, but love fish fry. I have quite a few fish fry recipes in my blog. But this one will hit the spot. It is spicy and totally masalafied.
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Marinating Time : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 10 min
Serves : 2 to 3
Ingredients:
Fish -250 Grams
Coconut Oil - 1/4 cup for frying
For Grinding:
Shallots / Sambar Onion - 3
Ginger - 2 inch piece
Garlic - 6 cloves
Curry leaves - 3 sprigs
Chilli powder - 1 tblspn
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Take grinding ingredients in a blender and make into a puree. Add this into the fish pieces and mix well. Marinate it for 30 mins.
Now heat oil in a kadai. Add the fish pieces and fry till golden on both sides.
Remove and serve.

Take fish pieces in a bowl |
Add masala into the fish |
Mix well |
Heat oil in a kadai |
Add in fish pieces and fry it |
Fry till golden |
Remove and Serve |
