Okay..Its not been a while since i shared a fish recipe in this blog. Here i am with another one. I made this just today and cant wait to share it with you because of the yumminess in it. This curry has a real chettinad flavour but in a mild way. Since fish is so delicate you dont want to over power it with any strong flavours.
I served it with plain rice and the meal was amazing. I am not much of a fish lover, but this dish tasted so yummy like a chicken curry. The aroma was just like that. You have to try it to believe it..
You can use any of you favorite fish in this recipe. But my favorite is paarai, it came out good. I loved the colour of this curry too, it was bright red and tasted delicious..Hope you will try this and let me know how it turned out..I want you to check my other fish curry recipes too..
