Chilli Soya Nuggets Recipe / Chilli Soya Chunks Recipe / Chilli Soya Chunks (Meal Maker) Dry Recipe


I had a huge container of soya chunks which was in the cupboard for quite a while. I almost forgot about it. Few days back i found that and wanted to use it soon and empty it. So i decided to make soya chunks pulav, since i have tried biryani before and served it with this one. I still have quite a lot of them, so i am just telling you the recipes which i am gonna try with it as a teaser for you. The dishes are going to be soya kola urundai, soya 65. Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 30 to 40 mins
Serves : 3 to 4

Ingredients:

Onions - 1 large sliced thinly
Bell Peppers / Capsicum - 1 sliced lengthwise (i used green & yellow)
Green Chillies - 2 slit
Vinegar - 2 tsp or to taste
Green Chilli Sauce - 1 tblspn or to taste
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tblspn or to taste
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tblspn or to taste
Dark Soya Sauce - 1 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar -1 tsp 
Ajinomoto - a pinch (optional, i din use)

For Marination:
Chilli Powder - 1 tblspn
Corn Flour /Corn Starch - 3 tblspn
Oil - 3 tblspn

Method:

Mix all the marination ingredients except oil together and set aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan, once it is hot, add in the soya and toss well in the oil. Cook till it is golden. Remove it to a plate.

Now in the remaining oil, add in onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for couple of mins.

Add in capsicum, chillies and saute for another couple of mins. Add in sugar, salt, ajinomoti(if using) and all the sauces and mix well.

Cook this for 5 mins or so.

Add in fried soya and toss well in the sauce. Cook this for couple of mins.

Add in spring onions and toss once. Serve with pulav or anything.

Add in onions

saute for a good couple of mins or
till the onion is soft

add in peppers

mix well

Add some salt and sugar
vinegar

red chilli sauce

tomato ketchup

green chili sauce

soya sauce

i love these colours

give a good mix

add in fried soya

mix well

serve
