add in all the seasoning ingredients

add a good amount of curry leaves

once it is easy to handle..Knead it so it forms a soft dough

    take a small portion

    press it like this,

so your finger impression in the kozhukattai

do this for the remaining dough

place this whole thing in a steamer

    cover and steam
