Strawberries are in season here, so i am buying them a lot because i adore that fruit and i want lots of recipes on my blog using them. I wanted to make this muffins eggless so i used my trusted egg substitute which is a banana, and called this muffin as strawberry banana muffins... I also added some yogurt which makes this muffin lighter because it has wheat flour in it.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Brush muffin tray with some oil and set aside..I used non stick ones..You can line them with cupcake cases as well.
Now take banana in a bowl and mash it roughly with whisk or fork.

Sift in flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well. If your batter is too thick add a tblspn of milk to thin it slightly.
Add in chopped strawberries and mix well.
