Long time back my collegues gifted me a tarla dalal's Mumbai Roadside Snack Cookbook. I even used that cookbook to make quite a few chat recipes. Then i almost forgot that cookbook. But few days back when i was checking on my cookbook shelf, my eyes went on this cookbook. I took that and started reading, that inspired to try out quite a few sandwich recipe of that. I made quite a lot of them actually and they were perfect. I also made the bombay sandwich masala and chutneys for the sandwich.
