Avocado Milkshake is just wonderful..I loved it so much. First time when i made it i added milk in it. It was so yummy. The second time i added just cold water in it and loved that too..Since avocado is creamy on its own, you dont need milk in it, so it is even more healthy. But sugar is very important, because avocado is normally very bland.

Ingredients:
Ripe Avocado - 1
Milk - 2 cup or as needed
Sugar - 4 to 5 tblspn or to taste
Method:
Cut open a avocado scoop the flesh and cut it into small pieces.
Take all the ingredients in a blender and make it into a puree.
Pour into glasses and serve cold.
