Paratha can be made with anything, it will taste great as usual. I had some mint leaves lying in fridge, so i thought of make paratha with it. This is so simple to make and i added only cumin and pepper powder because i wanted to keep the mint flavour as the dominant flavour in the paratha.

Preparation Time : 15 mins
Resting Time : 30 mins
Serves : 2 to 3
Ingredients:
Soft Unsalted Butter / Ghee / Oil as needed
Wheat flour as needed for dusting
For Dough:
Whole Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water - 1/2 cup or as needed
For Mint Masala:
Mint Leaves - 2 cup
Cumin Powder / Jeera Podi - 2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Take flour and salt in a bowl. mix well. Add water slowly and make it into a soft dough. Cover it and let it rest for 30 mins.
Now chop mint leaves very finely. Add salt, pepper and cumin powder in it and mix well with your fingers.
Now divide the dough into equal balls.
Take a ball and roll it into rounds. Spread some butter all over it and sprinkle flour. Sprinkle mint masala and start fleating. Now roll it and flatten it. Now spread it into paratha.
Heat a tawa. Put paratha in hot tawa and cook on both sides till golden. Spread butter as needed and cook.
Serve.
