Adding coconut to fish curry makes delicious curry, but recently i started experimenting a lot to find the perfect no coconut fish curry. Couple weeks back i made a fish curry with lots of shallots, onions and curry leaves..It gave the thickness to the fish curry, flavour to it and tasted yummy.
