I love making idlies for breakfast..I have quite few idli recipes in my blog. You can check out my ragi idli, rava idli, wheat rava idli, thinai idli. This shows my love for idlies, all because my hubby loves to have it so much, so i make it quite often. And to a change from normal idlies i try different idlies..
This is my oats version. I have a oats veg idli already in this blog. But this is a little different from that. It turned out so moist and fluffy, i like to have it with tomato chutney, but it equally taste good with sambar and coconut chutney..So give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
